If you know the instructor you wish to take a lesson from, you can contact the instructor directly or you can call the golf shop to leave them a message.
No, the range balls are an additional expense for each golf lesson. However, if you are in a large group class or participating in our junior clinics/camps, the range balls will be included.
Please ask your instructor about pricing prior to taking a lesson. Lessons can vary in cost based on ½ hr, 45 minutes, or 1-hour, and whether it is individual or a group.
All golf lessons can be paid in the golf shop or directly with the instructor. Gift Certificates for John Wells Golf Shop can also be used for lesson payment.
All of our instructors can provide instruction with video analysis, but you should discuss this with your instructor prior to taking the lesson.
If you are new to the game, we provide golf clubs for your lesson if needed. If you do not have golf shoes, you should wear some type of tennis shoes.

Any of our instructors who offer lessons are qualified to provide individual support for a junior golfer. We do have an instructor who is offering junior golf clinics and camps. Contact the golf shop for more information for those dates and times.
We recommend starting children’s lessons as early as 5 years old. Depending on your budget, we suggest our junior group classes or a series of private junior lessons. Please call or stop by the golf shop for more information.
No. Our Staff members are the only approved golf instructors at Brookside Golf Course. All of our instructors have certified training and/or are members of the PGA. If you need to address an issue in regards to your golf instruction, and if that instructor is not certified through the Brookside Golf Shop, we will be unable to assist you.
